Lux & Legacy, founded by D. H. Dickson in 2024, is a testament to her travels and relocations across the USA and Europe.

After raising her two sons, who are now grown, she transformed her passion for curating timeless fashion pieces, handbags, entertainment wares, jewelry, gifts and sporting accessories into a business.

Each item in the Lux & Legacy collection is a reflection of her life's experiences, capturing the elegance and nostalgia of both town and country living. Through Lux & Legacy, she not only shares her favorite designer finds of past and present, but also invites others to appreciate the beauty of timeless craftsmanship and the legacy of cherished moments.

We spend countless hours curating our offerings from luxury estate sales, high-end auction houses, and personal consignments, thereby ensuring we only offer the utmost quality in vintage, up cycled, and unique designer offerings.

We rotate our collection based on the following: Fall, Holiday/Winter, Spring/Summer.

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days plus shipping time. Customers will receive notification when their order ships.

Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases.

We only offer shipping inside the USA lower 48 states at this time. We may reconsider in the future.

At this time, all sales are final as we are a small business. We cannot offer refunds or credits on any purchases; therefore, we take great care not to curate and/or offer for sale fragile or "size" based items. This policy may change in the future.

We want to assure you that we take exceptional care in packaging your purchased items to minimize and alleviate any issues that may arise in shipping your products.

“Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” is the mantra of our founder.  You can hear her say it to just about anyone when she is out and about.  In fact, the majority of her home furnishings and many of her fashion choices are “legacy” items that have been either purchased second-hand or up cycled.

We believe true luxury and designer items of the past consist of great craftsmanship and will withstand the test of time, regardless of “at this moment” trends.  Why buy brand new, when you can re-imagine, restyle, reuse or even repurpose a vintage legacy?

We support causes and fundraisers at a local level (community, village, town, or city).

Our primary focus of support is for both women’s and children’s initiatives, from college scholarships to healthcare and anywhere in between.  The Lux & Legacy brand maintains a portion of inventory to support these causes through silent and live auctions.  If you have a documented 501(c)(3) cause with a silent or live auction that is relative to our primary focus, please send an email to contact@luxandlegacy.com.  We will respond during our regular business hours.  Please note, because we are a small business, we cannot support every request and will ask for verification documents of your 501(c)(3) status before we consider and/or are able to support your auction.
